Is My HDD Performing as Expected? I did some tests, but can't work out what the results mean.

I have a model: Seagate 3.5" Barracuda 1TB ST31000524AS SATA3 7200RP (this one I think? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148697) - since 2011.

I have stuttering in The Witcher 3, and I wondered if it has anything to do with my hard drive.

I did some tests, but I'm not very clever in working out if I am performing as expected. I was wondering if anyone with expertise would help me out and decipher whether my drive is OK from these results?

Supposedly this drive is as fast as 6.0Gb/s, but I don't see numbers like that anywhere in the results.

I used CrystalDiskMark 4.0.3 x64, HD TUNE and Windows Check Disk

I ran these programs seperately and in isolation without using the computer.

Here are my results,

Thank you kindly in advance for any help or assistance :)

The 6GB/s part that you are seeing is the maximum bandwidth of SATA, not the actual speed of the drive. I would check the system requirements of Witcher 3 and make sure that your PC meets the requirements. It also could be that Witcher 3 isn't "optimized" for Windows, so it may lag on any system, but I haven't taken a look at the game yet so don't quote me on that :)
