Hey guys I am knew to this whole PC gaming scene, I wanted to make an ITX build for my first rig.

Budget: 600

OS: Yes (Windows)

I need it to do some moderate gaming, just no crappy GPU's like the r7 240

Solution
When I look at Time's build it comes up as costing $677, because I don't use rebates, as their prices are usually gone within a day or two.
If you don't want to deal with rebates this is still solid mitx build. The problem with the elite 110 case is you're force to use shorter GPUs, which can cost more money. The R9 280 is a bit more powerful than the gtx 960 in some areas, and weaker in others, but it's a lower price so that's your tradeoff:

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz Dual-Core Processor ($113.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-ITX Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard ($58.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB)...
This is $10 over budget and that's after Mail-in rebates, so this may be too much for you, let me know and I can tweak it lower if necessary.

I went with the i3 and 960 because they are still great for gaming while being low heat, low power, and low price. This case does not support an optical drive so let me know if that is a problem.

I normally do not recommend Corsair CX PSUs, but in this case (pun intended) I think it's fitting. It's modular which is going to help you a LOT in putting this thing together, you have a very low power build, you aren't overclocking, and you don't have a great budget. For this situation I think a CX series is a decent option.

Thanks guys for all the solutions, the one thing I wanted to point out is that I wanted a quad core CPU, due to far cry not running on dual cores (hence the main game I play). I just wanted a quad core if you know what I mean. The ten bucks out of budget is not a problem at all BTW timeconsumer.
