Is this PC any good? and at what settings will this PC run Games such as BF4, CS:GO, Elder Scrolls online, Skyrim Ect at?

Asking for a friend.

The a4 is about as weak of a new cpu as you can possibly find. Games like BF4 are very cpu intensive and will choke very badly.

It is also pointless to get an APU and a dedicated GPU. You can get a better cpu for similar money since you have a dedicated gpu.

For the memory you want 2x4gb and not 1x8gb.

I would advise at minimum to get a Pentium over the a4/a6 because the performance will be slightly better but you will have a much better upgrade path. The absolute best of the best cpu you can get for an fm2 motherboard like you are getting is an 860k, and that cpu is slower then a core i3.

Dual channel RAM is actually somewhat better than just one stick, but the performance gain is minuscule in real world. You'll only see it in benchmarks. One stick actually leads to a better upgrade path if the mobo only has 2 slots.
