if you cut back on the mouse and keyboard you can get a gtx 970.
also, look into the XFX TS 550 watt PSU. usualy that's the best price/quality PSU you can find. it's better and probably cheaper than that cx500 ;).

the rest looks pretty good.

Im not a gamer so a 960 is good for me.

P.S. My best pc that i am using right now has a Core 2 Duo T7300 with two cores at 2.00 ghz and 2 gigs of ram so its gonna be a big upgrade for me. If you have never heard of "Core 2 Duo" cpus thats cause its an Intel 2007 laptop processor. :(
