Question about CPU Temp and the cooling

Well firstly, i'm lately getting confused with HWInfo since it displays CPU temp in two maybe even three forms. Picture below:

Now, what confuses me is which one of those are the one i should keep my eye on. CPU Package or the CPU reading since they are obviously displaying two different readings.

Second thing is, is the CPU hovering at around 30-45 degrees celsius while idling normal for i5-3470 with stock intel box cooler or should i consider upgrading with an aftermarket cooler?
Also i should mention that i have never seen it going above 68.0 degrees celsius even under heavy load (Playing games like GTA 5 and such).

Any advice is welcomed and appreciated!

Solution
Your temps are good. An aftermarket cooler is not actually going to help. What will help is keeping the inside of your computer dust free and having good airflow.

The CPU from what i know is not a K version and cannot be overclocked much. So i think i don't have many worries there.

My final question would be, should i consider an aftermarket cooler just to be on the safe side, and if so which one would fit. (My current budget does not allow me to look for Liquid cooling setup (even tho i'd love to) as i would have to get a whole new case then, and atm i cannot afford that.)
