4 months ago I have made same things and I reached 1.21v and then I turned to original bios, now I need more voltage but even I m trying flash it is not accepting me?

Solution
Most bios have different parts to them that can be programmed.
When you flash a bios sometimes parts of the bios are protected from a standard flashing.
In order to update all parts of a bios, when it comes to using an updated or newer version of the bios.

You have to include a switch or option to force full programming of the bios.
Protected parts of the bios will often not apply settings such as the new voltage table settings needed when you wish to use another bios firmware to overclock your graphics card.

A command, or switch option for example if flashing via a dos command needs to be used, and must be placed for example in the dos command typed. example. awdflash /f 1234bios.bin
If using a dos based programmer then the options...

It should display options of commands and switches that may have to be used to override protection set on parts of the already programmed bios.

The last time you flashed the bios for example the firmware, may have a lockout that tells the bios to ignore any bios firmware voltage table changes.

So you would have to use a switch option in a command to ensure part of the bios programming block is erased or re programmed via the extended option provided by the help option.

Often it happens when flashing to a new version of a bios for a motherboard.
And the same conditions also apply to a graphics card bios in many cases.
