Core Temp not accurate

Hi Everyone,
Core temp is reading 0C at idle and 25C at load. I know that this cannot be accurate. Here are my specs
CPU: AMD A10-7850k
MOBO: ASUS A88XM-A FM2
Corsair vengeance 16gb
PSU: Corsair Cx750 750watt
HD: WD WD1003FZEX 1TB
Case: Thermaltake Core v21 Micro ATX
Cooler: Corsair Hydro series H75

Any solutions on getting an accurate temp?

Check in the BIOS and see if it shows the same temp. If it does you likely have a faulty sensor on the CPU or something is not right with the mobo. If the BIOS reports a correct temp it is the app that is the issue.

I have readouts from several programs at idle that read as following.
HWinfo
CPU0 1.1C
CPU0 package 50.0C

HWMonitor
ASUS Mainboard 34C
ASUS CPU 32C

AMD Overdrive
Thermal margin at idle 70C

I would, but BIOS shows a different temp so I dont think the sensor is bad

It is the app you used then. If it shows different temps in the BIOS they are likely correct. Try using OpenHardwareMonitor or a different tool. Also make sure your drivers are up to date.
