What's the difference in brand/seller for the same graphics card? Some are cheap some are expensive for the same thing.

This picture of PCPartPicker.com shows the list of graphics cards that come up when I search "gtx 970" and sort it from lowest to highest price. I see the lowest price is about $309 for the graphics card I want, so obviously I'd go for that. But then the price gets much higher down the list around $350 and possibly higher (i didn't scroll down) all for the same graphics card with a different brand. I want to make sure that by buying this cheapest version of the graphics card I'm not getting any less performance than advertised for the GeForce GTX 970, so if there is a difference can someone please explain what makes these different prices different and how it should affect which one I buy? The GTX 970 is the card I want, and I want to pay the lowest price I can without worrying that something that doesn't perform as well as what's generally said about a GTX 970. I appreciate any info you can provide.

the more expensive cards will run faster out of the box and have exotic power delivery systems, neither of which are a need. you can probably overclock to make up for any differences. that EVGA card is a great card, so get that one.
