How much power is required for a hd 5450 ddr2 512mb and what card is better but requires same power

I have an older, slim pc with a hd 5450 ddr2 512 mb. I was wondering how many watts does it use and whats a better card with same amount of power usage. I have a budget of 75$-100$. I have PCIE 1.0 with a x16 slot. If there isn't a card that's better with same power usage, then how much would a better power supply that fits my pc be.

My specs

CPU: Intel core 2 duo E6300 1.8 GHz
Power supply: 220 watts
RAM: 3 GB
Mother Board: Dell Dimension 9200C WG860

that card draws all power from your PCIE slot, so at most 75 watts. a GT 740 will be better slightly, and has more RAM. it is about 75-85 often, also there are some cheap 750s which will be even better.

well if you raise a little your budget you could get 750ti its the best card you can get which use same power and the performance boost will be like day and night
