Very bad in game mouse issues

For the past couple weeks my mouse seems to be stuttering/not responding to my mouvement or clicks. Ive never had this issue. I have a Logitech Performance MX moise and i have a special speed surface for it. I tested a different mouse and it also had these issues but ik my game wasnt lagging cuz i was getting constant 60 fps and put it on low settings just to be sure it wasnt the game. This also happens when im not gaming.

That's also likely, maybe the USB port the mouse is plugged into has damage, test the other ports and see how it goes.

Im running different games and i tried to uninstall the drivers but when i looked into my device manager for my mouse, the driver section was not accessible.

Ive been using a direct port from my motherboard for my mouse but il try using another on my computer which is a Dell Xps8300 if anyone asking.
