I have gotten a BSOD while downloading the witcher 3 (system_service_exception). It should be known in device manager there are 2 unknown devices receiving code 43 errors (Device descriptor request failed), at the moment the only things through usb that I have are my mouse and keyboard along with my ps4 controller which are all working fine, any ideas?

Solution
I would uninstall the old asus programs but I think your problem was cause the the scarlet crush driver.

your bughcheck 0x3b SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
reported cause was error 0xc0000005 (a bad memory address)

this means the data in memory was not correct.
It can be caused by bad BIOS ram timing setting, bugs in drivers or a driver corrupted memory.
looking at your driver list, here is the most likely cause:
Scarlet.Crush Productions Scp Dual Shock 3 Virtual Bus Driver
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\ScpVBus.sys Sun May 05 14:31:26 2013

I think the uninstall does not work correctly so I would just remove the driver from the driver store with the PNPutil.exe command and reboot.
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc730875.aspx

but these could also be a cause of corruption:
\SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\AsIO.sys Wed Aug 22 02:54:47 2012
\SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\AsUpIO.sys Mon Aug 02 19:47:59 2010
\SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\ASUSFILTER.sys Tue Sep 20 08:46:33 2011

So it would be safe to delete these:
\SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\AsIO.sys Wed Aug 22 02:54:47 2012
\SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\AsUpIO.sys Mon Aug 02 19:47:59 2010
\SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\ASUSFILTER.sys Tue Sep 20 08:46:33 2011

also should I find these programs and uninstall them first or just go ahead and use the pnputil?
