I was reading about SSDs. I have some question.
1. Asus H97pro Gamer has a M.2 socket which shared pcie or sata. I want to know which samsung sm951 or samsung xp941 one will work good with it. i mean samsung sm951 will bottleneck by the board since it uses PCIe 3.0 x4.??
2. why there are less M key M.2 that M,B key M.2 ??
3. i dont think sata express SSD are out there. will they faster than PCIe m.2 ?
4 Can some cheap ssd raid 0 beat these pcie M.2 and sata express?

thanks

Solution
1. In Benchmarks it will be a bottleneck, but real world there shouldn't be a major performance impact.
3. SATA Express is only PCIe x2 so no performance gain
4. lower latency don't improve when creating a RAID it is getting worse. Also drive failure increase x2. Only throughput also increase x2, but usually you don't have any target that can handle 1 GB/s.
