Hi I wish to build a new pc which will be used for video rendering and also gaming on a 1080p screen. My max budget is $1000. I would be starting from scratch and would also need an os, monitor, keyboard, and mouse...
Again my max budget 1000$. I will be happy if it contains an i7 with at least 3ghz per core. 12 gigs of ram and a powerful gpu

i7 with a powerful GPU, OS, monitor and 12 gigs is simply not doable under $1000. But it is for $1300.
