Should I buy a cpu cooler for my Intel Core i5 4690?

Im currently using a Core i5 4690 cpu and a deepcool gamerstorm gabriel for a low profile cpu cooler(I bought this cooler for little additional cooling and aesthetics)

Now with this cooler, temperatures can reach a range of 70-80 degrees while gaming(ambient temperature ranges from 27-32 degrees)

should I get another cpu cooler?(not liquid cooler)

IF YES:
Since overclocking is not my concern, I am more focused on aesthetics

I was looking at the Cooler Master V8 GTS, it looks so badass imo, would it be worth it if I bought it(aesthetic and performance wise)?

charts all over the web are messed up, some says it performs on par with the NH D14 while others dont so that's why I came here

-thanks in advance

I would get a Cooler Master 212 EVO. I use it for my system (4690k) and the temperatures ranges from 25-50 degrees celsius, with plenty of headroom for overclocking. http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-212-RR-212E-20PK-R2/dp/B005O65JXI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1432724380&sr=8-1&keywords=212+evo

Anything over that for the 4690k is a waste in my opinion, unless you want to heavily OC (4,8-5ghz). So if you're just running stock, that cooler is the way to go :)

Edit: and since you don't have the K version, overclocking is going to be problematic anyway.

yeah so that's the thing, the hyper 212 evo is not avialble here and neither is the Cryorig H7

Would it be like a 20 degree boost or at least keep my temperature in the 50-60 degree range while gaming with the Cooler Master V8 GTS though?

Yes, but its completely overkill for your system. Its very large and heavy, which means installing it will be quite a hassle. Which country/website do you order from?

so in other words, I don't need the V8 GTS right?

but would my stock clock core i5 4690 perform faster when it's running 20 degrees cooler with the Cooler Master V8 GTS though?

I live in the Philippines and I can't buy online because it would cost me more than it should(not only shipping fees but tax as well)

However, there is a Hyper 212X which is readily available in a computer store near me

Grab the Hyper 212X then, its a newer and better version of the 212 EVO. Better cooling won't make the CPU any more powerful, but it absolutely has a positive effect on the CPUs lifespan.
