My RAM is not fully recognized. why?

I bought a computer and asked for 32gb RAM. After my PC started to randomly restart itself for no apparent reason, I thought was related to RAM. Went to check it and found only 16gb out of 32 was recognized. why this happens? can i fix it? my motherboard is a B85M-DS3H. Thank you in advance.

I forgot to check the most obvious thing.
Thank you. That was the problem; i'm glad is easy to fix.
