I built my very first gaming pc a few months back, and my god, now I'm addicted.
I love opening it up, installing new things and doing modifications, even if I don't always really have the money.
Fortunately for me, I've gotten myself a job. As a teen who lives at home, this is great because that's 14$ an hour straight into my pocket. Although I'm putting some of it towards my post-secondary, I'm still getting a decent income.
The weird thing, is that I'm not quite sure what do upgrade/do next.
I've built my pc, and gotten a few accessories for it even.
My build is in the spoiler below. Please check it out, and give a recommendation to what you personally would look at doing next.

CPU: i5-3570k
CPU cooler: Cooler master Hyper 212 evo
RAM: GSkill ripjaws x series (8GB total)
GPU: Evga GTX 760 Superclocked
Memory: 2 terabytes (seagate)
Mouse: Razer Naga expert mmo mouse (I love this, not upgrading this for anything in the world. It got me to Silver elite master after just one game of being ranked- I've never played cs:go before)
Keyboard: Some random microsoft one
Headset: 20$ logitech one, because my old one broke. Thinking of getting a steelseries Siberia V2
