CPU/GPU/MOBO combo suggestions

Good afternoon! I'm hoping you can help out. I want to build a system I can hook up to my television that will be able to play WoW at a decent rate (I don't need ultra), stream Netflix etc in place of the Wii we use now, run online games like Pogo for my mother. My budget is 300-400 and while I've always used AMD, I'm open to suggestions for Intel as well. I have everything else, and it will run with Win 7 (if that makes a difference). Also, I have an old Dell 420 XPS ATX case. Would it be possible to reuse it? Thanks for any help/suggestions

You can def use the old case, for mobo/CPU/GPU i'd recommend these:

AMD FX 6350

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Socket AM3+ mATX 760G

AMD r7 270x


...if you cant use any old parts, you'll still need to find a PSU, HDD and memory.

for the PSU I have a Corsair CX 500w 80+ Bronze ATX power supply, the RAM is Corsair Vengeance 8gb (2x4) DDR3 1600 and the HD is WD Caviar Blue 1TB internal hard drive. If something doesn't work in the combo scheme of things, I'm open to suggestions for these as well. Thanks!

It'll be a brand new build. In the system I have for myself, I have AMD FX 6100/ASRock 960GC-GS FX/XFX Radeon R7770 Ultra OC edition/8GB (2x4) Sport DDR3-1333/Corsair 430w 80+bronze/WD Caviar blue 500g HD. I just thought I'd step it up a notch for the build I want to put in a different room outside my little gaming cubby.
