Hello everyone, I have a question can i run 2 different GPU's with 2 separate monitors? I want to have 2 monitors only problem is my 2nd monitor is VGA only I want my R9 290x to be the main GPU for games and my second GPU (which is either going to be a 6770 or a 7770 depending on which one uses less wattage) for my VGA only monitor that is just going to have web pages and temp. monitoring software. And to address the title of this post I have a Corsair CX750M PSU would that be enough to power all of this? Any info is much appreciated

Why the two GPUs? You can do what you are asking, but it seems like overkill and a waste. Since you have the 290x (which can output to multiple monitors) you can game AND have the second monitor for browsing at the same time. Just buy a DVI to VGA adapter for the second monitor, its much cheaper and you wont need to worry about power issues.

I've done this before, not the most efficient, you can always get an adapter for dvi to vga :http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-DVIVGAMFBK-DVI-Cable-Adapter/dp/B004G3WCLM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1432750008&sr=8-1&keywords=dvi+to+vga

hdmi to vga:

or even displayport to vga: http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-DisplayPort-to-VGA-Adapter/dp/B00IHJU8U8/ref=sr_1_7?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1432750047&sr=1-7&keywords=displayport+to+vga

The reason I'm doing this is because i don't have the $$ atm to buy an adapter... and i already have these GPU's lying around... Also i already have a DVI-I to VGA adapter but it wont work because my MSI R9 290x has DVI-D....

If you bought those other GPUs, you probably already have a couple of DVI-to-VGA passive adapters in your spare parts box.

To run just With the 290x AND the 7770, you need about 550- 600W (that is not to include mobo, cpu, etc.) the CX750M should power it with no problems. If you are able to buy and adapter in the near future (as they can be found for under $10), I would recommend that over two discreet cards in one setup.
