You must have a lot of bloatware slowing your system down. You need to stay away from stuff such as "softonic installer".

But for starters: Win+R
Type in "msconfig.exe"
Now you straight uncheck any program you don't need right away when your system boots.

If you could stop downloading porn, that would be helpful too!
