How can I get my GPU to use only System DDR3 memory instead of it's on GDDR3 VRAM

Hi guys, I have a Toshiba satellite laptop and it's specs are as follow:

i7-4700MQ 2.4GHz - 3.4GHz
16GB DDR3 - 1600MHz
Nvidia GT740M 2GB

Now, after some research I found out that my OEM graphics card has a 64-bit memory interface for GDDR3 at 900MHz frequency (as with all ddr3s). This gives a theoretical bandwidth of about 14.4GB/s (900 x 2 x 64 / 8).. However, I realised that my DDR3 system RAM runs in dual-channel configuration at 798MHZ for DDR3 which consequently has a 128-bit interface cause of dual channel configuration and therefore gives a much higher theoretical bandwidth of 25.54 GB/s.. so like is there a way that I can direct my GPU to just use the 16 GB of system RAM rather than its own VRAM?

I only play GTA5 on normal settings on the laptop which averages arnd 23 fps and yeah when I overclock the vram to 1050 MHz the bandwidth increases and game then benchmarks slightly smoother at 26 fps average, so I was wondering if I use my system RAM which has much higher bandwidth, the game might run even smoother.. or am I just thinking too technical atm? :L

Is it even possible to prioritise system memory over dedicated memory through the BIOS or any other method?
The laptop uses a maximum of about 7GB of the 16gb ram (and thats also wen i play gta5) so i was really hoping if someone could tell me a way by which i can dedicate about 4gb of that system ram to the gpu and also give it priority over its own vram

All answers much appreciated!

That would provide no benefit. The latency for information traveling from the processor on your graphics card to your SYSTEM memory and back would be far far higher than information travelling from the processor on your graphics card to the graphics card's own memory.
