Removing Internal drive bays

I have the Cougar Solution mid tower (this one)

And I want to know if there is anyway I can remove the internal drive bays or at least the smaller ones. By remove I mean to take them out of the case and leave the empty space. Thanks in advance

Not w/o modding (butchering) the case.

From the pictures of the case it looks like drilling out some rivets and you can remove that entire bottom section, if Newegg had better pictures it would be easier to see, but I don't see any problem removing that lower section.
