I recently installed a new version of windows 7 on my desktop. Once Everything was setup, I couldn't connect to the internet. The router I have wired to the pc wasn't even showing up among the devices.

After further diagnostics, I think the root of the issue is a handful of drivers that didn't get installed. Currently 3 USB Controllers, the SM Bus Controller, and the Ethernet Controllers are missing drivers.

Any ideas on how to get the required drivers without an internet connection to the pc?

Edit: If it helps, since I installed over another version of windows, i Have access to those files through the windows.old directory, I just don't know if I would find what I need, or where.

Those drivers should be found on the motherboard's installation disk, they are not normally included with the OS. If you don't have the motherboard disk, you can use a program like SPECCY https://www.piriform.com/speccy to find your hardware configuration and get the drivers directly from the manufacturer of the devices
