Greetings. I'm running Windows 8.1 pro on an Intel I3-3220 (Biostar mainboard). Recently clean installed to make use of UEFI and GPT. I was using Acronis 2014, was trying Macrium Reflect for backup. My PC started waking between 3 am and 5 am, running power cfg I see it was usually Macrium waking the PC, so I changed the backup time to 6 pm. Also some Google settings were set to run so I changed that time to afternoon. The PC still wakes as before. I notice the date/time logo at bootup was wrong. Today (5/27/15 around 5pm) it said April-05 13:53 Wed.
This is a blue box appearing over the top of the "bios" screen, top right, and re-appears at Windows log on screen. (I'm assuming it's a date/time logo and can't say if it was correct before, not really noticing it). System date/time in the bios and in Windows is correct, and both routers (AT&T and Asus). I uninstalled Macrium and the incorrect date/time logo persists. My laptop has no such blue logo. Now I just want to know what this blue logo is, thanks.-----Mark

Solution
Are you using a regular display or is that a HDTV being used as a display? If a HDTV, it could be a time setting that you can change/disable in its menu settings. Please clarify.

Brilliant! Thank you sir, it is in fact an HDTV being used as a monitor. The time setting was set as mentioned in my post. Now I can stop thinking I've been hacked or some crap.... thanks!
