Would a GTX 650 or Radeon R7 250x be bottlenecked by a Core 2 Duo?

To start, I'd like to say that I'va seen sites where they tell you that a GTX 750 wouldn't bottleneck it much :D haha, and other sites that say that a GTX 550 would make you lose a lot of FPS beacuse of bottlenecking. Also, if those cards I'm asking about DO bottleneck, what card would you guys recommend? Thanks!
I know that the CPU is old, so please avoid telling me to buy a new rig and stuff like that..
So, anyway, I'm trying to play games like Battlefield 3/4, Bioshock Infinite, Borderlands 2, Skyrim and Batman Arkham Origins.

My specs:
6gb of DDR2
Core 2 Duo E4500 @2.2
MOBO: Intel D945GCNL
PSU 400w

Solution
No, just a few frames on cpu intensive game. Most modern games require quad core processor, but a gtx 650 should be too hard to keep with.

Well, thanks a lot man! Now I'll just have to wait three more days! :ange:

@ 2.2 it's a huge bottelneck for those gpus..... An overclock to 3 Ghz which is not possible due to the intel board.... it would result in about 1/3 more frames by overclocking to 3.4 would show a constant and substantial increase in your frame rate, but buying anything less is a huge waste of money.
