I am an upcoming youtube looking to expand my channel into the world of streaming, as well as recording. I play/record Minecraft content and I need a computer that is able to handle 60fps 1080p recording/streaming quality. Only my middle monitor would have my game on it, while my other two monitors serve as open spaces to search the web and look at stream chat etc. I also need a computer that can easily run multiple applications at a time, as well as render videos fairly quickly. I have no idea what I'm doing in terms of case fans/air circulation so please leave suggestions on what size fans etc. I should get that would best fit my case. As well, what network card I should get? I am not sure if i will be connected to ethernet or wifi. I need advice on every piece of hardware that I am purchasing, please let me know if these specs would get the job and PLEASE let me know what I can do to save a little bit of extra cash, or something that might be too overkill.
NOTE: I have already purchased my PSU and SSD, so those components must be used in the build.

You would be able to save some by using the stock cooler that comes with the CPU rather than purchasing an aftermarket cooler. I will recommend using a 2x8GB ram kit (filling all banks is not the best idea IMO unless the motherboard's ram limit of 32GB is needed). I think the rest looks good for what you are looking to do. The NZXT Phantom 410 comes with 3 fans that should cover your cooling needs.
I'd go something like this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/KXxbzy

Admirable
Brought the costs down without any noticeable hit in performance, plenty for recording and editing most modern games at high settings.
