Okay, having a weird internet issue , my modem has all lights blue and my PC says i'm connected to the internet, but i cannot connect to most websites, i can connect to google and use the search function okay, but any website i click on returns a "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" besides The Guardian articles and one other tech forum that i cannot remember the name of, any other browser does not work, even with the stated websites, and any applications do not connect to the internet, this issue happens regardless of Ethernet port or WIFI connection, router has been restarted, and reset to factory default, PC has also been restarted
