MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition or GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 for FX 8350 build?

I'm currently building a rig with FX 8350 and I'm not sure which motherboard to use.

MSI 970A has the new USB 3.1 and a lower price point.

On the other hand GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 has more ports and features.

Which motherboard would you suggest for this build?

The UD3 is a better board. The MSI SLI Krait Edition boards have had bad feedback in the reviews so far. Gaming performance has been poor. If you can afford another 20 bucks, the Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 or Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 would be far better choices. Especially if you plan to overclock.
