which single-board computer for a TV-connected android device?

im wanting to get a single board computer like the raspberry pi, beaglebone, banana pi, or other single board computer to build a tv connected android device i can use to run applications like hulu, netflix, spotify, pandora, and maybe even some old console emulators as well and im having a difficult time deciding which one is best for the project?.. i think my budget is about $50

my intention is also to use a wii-remote through a USB bluetooth adapter for controls

any recommendations?

Raspberry. like the others, are for hobbyists. Not for general use.

change of plans.. im going to use an old netbook computer for a media server.. has a 1.6ghz intel atom processor and a gig of ram... though im trying to decide if i should put kodibuntu, plex, or android x86 on as an operating system for an htpc
