http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/latest-catalyst-windows-beta.aspx

This driver saying that This release enables peak driver performance optimization for AMD Radeon™ graphics users in Grand Theft Auto V but the game is not opening

plz help me for this problem as early as possible

See if you can find some sort of log file that the game may be creating. It might shed some light into what is going on.
Do you have any Intel display drivers installed? If you do, they might be conflicting with the AMD drivers.
Are any other games doing this same silent crash?

what kind of log file are you talking about and yes i have intel display driver installed but without it amd driver didn't work as there is switchable graphics condition. I removed the intel display driver and then non of any games are working including AMD Catalyst controller. No other games are running good except gta V.
