laptop specs: intel core i5-4210u processor @ 1.70ghz upto 2.7ghz via turbo boost. ram=4gb ddr3(3.91 usable), win 8.1, nvidia geforce gt 820m 2gb dedicated graphic card. the cpu is good enough to run the game smoothy as i have seen the requirements but the stuttering is mostly caused by insufficient ram. can u suggest something??

  1. I'm surprised the game starts up with an 820m. Thats your problem, the low end GPU.
  2. Yeah, you need a better gpu to play Far Cry 4. On my GTX 960 (which I overclocked) I get just above 60 fps on ultra. What settings are you running the game at? If you're running at High graphics settings that will cause it to lag for you.
  3. Also 4GB may be just enough to run the game.

These are the recommended system requirements:
CPU: Intel Core i5-2400S @ 2.5 GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0 GHz or better
    RAM: 8 GB
    OS: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8/8.1 (64bit versions only)
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 or AMD Radeon R9 290X or better (2GB VRAM)
    Sound Card: Yes
    Free Disk Space: 30 GB
