Wireless USB 3.0 cable replacement

Hello,
is possible to replace USB 3.0 cable with some wireless equivalent ?

I need to connect USB 3.0 device to the computer through network.
It is some kind of 3D scanner attached to moving object that cannot operate with cables.
I need this object completely cable free.

Is this even possible ?
How ?

Not at USB 3.0 speeds, as far as I know. There are ones for USB 2.0, but they're not particularly fast and have sort of disappeared.

Would it be feasible to just mount the PC/laptop it would connect to on the moving platform too? Then use WiFi to get the data wherever it needs to be.

How is this being powered? Can you run the USB with the power cables, or is it batteries?
