Anyway to independently control PC case fans?

Hi guys, recently one of my 3 case fans in my Air 240 Corsair case started making this strange noise. It still works and is functional but its annoying to listen to. With that fan unplugged (its the only exhaust fan, the other two are intakes) my idle temps are fine but when I'm gaming I would like for that fan to be working so the temps stay safe. Is there anyway to independently set that fan to turn off when I'm not gaming and then turn it on when I start gaming?

Solution
Not pushing this product, just as an example-
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811997015&cm_re=pc_fan_controller-_-11-997-015-_-Product

That would be the simplest type of solution, or if you are hardware handy you could get a single switch mount it to the case and wire the one fan through it.

Depending on your motherboard, there may also be some software solutions available, but that varies a lot from make/model to make/model.

Edit: One program to try- http://download.cnet.com/SpeedFan/3000-2094_4-10067444.html

Thanks for the answer. I have downloaded SpeedFan but how then do I control the speeds? Are case fans under the AUX 1 and 2 etc? Just incase its MoBo dependent, I have a Z87m gaming mobo. The case fans are all attached through the MoBo, not PSU
