There's a lot of problems here

You've got two GT 730's
- They can't be SLI'd
- Their performance is poor so even if you could SLI them, you shouldn't

You've got 32Gb of RAM but I don't know what processor or motherboard you have to check if it's compatible

There's three really important questions you need to answer

1. What are you wanting to use this PC for?

2. What are your other parts (CPU, GPU etc.)

3. How much can you spend?

For a gaming rig, 8GB of ram is more than enough. Processor and Graphic card are more important. Please give us the details about the processor & Motherboard. Also the details about the Case that you plan to use.
