Hello guys!
"I bought MB Asus z97i-plus and i5 4690k and all other components for a PC... Im using cheap 2x GEIL 8gb ram and from the start I managed to install Win 8.1 pro and some drivers... Got like 3 BSODs and after that It got worse - I couldn't reach anywhere - PC just resetting 5 times and stuck before BIOS and for 1 time I got to BIOS and sow screen rendering and I can't turn the PC on - all it does is like resetting... Idk how i decided to remove 1 RAM stick from 1 slot and now its working fine... I changed the RAM sticks to try them - the conclusion is - when I got ram stick in that one particular SLOT the MACHINE STOPS.... What should I do - Whats the problem - the Mobo??..."

That was my problem before 4 months and now it's happening again... When the problem was unsolvable I went to the local PC repair guy and he said it was from MB screws that are making contact with the bad PC case and doing some Short... He gave me the PC working with 16 gigs Ram and it was working fine till 2 days ago(His solution was plastic rings on the screws to not make contact with the PC case and said I have to buy a better Case)...I don't think that's the problem because I turned on the mobo outside the case and the problem persist... Now the problem is the same - if I put Ram stick in the particular slot I can't start the machine. If I leave the slot empty it works with the only 1 stick in the other slot (doesn't matter which stick I use - that makes me think that this isn't a problem with the cheap Geil Ram sticks).
The answer some of you gave me is that I should check for bent pins on the mobo CPU slot - I checked again it's fine... Did screw, unscrew every CPU cooler screw to see if it isn't overtightened...
The bad thing is - I don't have any other RAM sticks that I can try...
Do you have any suggestions? What should I do?
- For info - the RAM isn't on the QVL (but it was working for a long time after the "fix")
Also when I removed the Mobo from the PC case - For a moment it worked with both RAM slots but then it BSODed...

Thanks in advance and sorry for my broken English :D

Actually I updated the BIOS before I created the post. Now I did what you suggested and there isn't any change. Is it possible to be the RAM? I mean ofc everything is possible when nobody that repairs PCs daily, checked it...(I mean is it possible to be faulty ram or maybe incompatibility when I used it for 3 months w/o problems {still there is this - when I first received the parts and assembled the PC , I had the same problem...})
I really don't know what can I do on my own with your help and probably will take it to someone that understands(probably).
And I begin thinking maybe it is a problem with the MOBO... we will see when I find the solution. Thank you for the reply! :)
