Should I get CORSAIR Vengeance RAM with heat spreaders or LP?

Both are around the same price. I'm looking for new RAM for my P67 Extreme4 Gen3 board with an i5 2500K. Right now I'm going with the CORSAIR Vengeance. Wondering if I should take the one with the heat spreaders or not. I would like that one because it looks better and I doubt it's going to have an conflict with my cooling system. Right now I'm using a Hyper 212 Evo but will upgrade to the Hydro series soon.

If your going to do a radiators you can choose between Heat spreaders or not. If you don't plan on overclocking the ram you should be fine with the LP.

I have the LP corsair memory with a dual radiator on the top of the case with no issues.

If you have the Noctua Heatsinks with 2 fans or something abnormally big, than LP all the way.

I guess it depends on preference. I think the LP looks better than the Heat spreader verisons. But I have had both.

Radiator as in those heatsink above the RAM? (I'm new to building comp), if yes I don't need that because I doubt I will OC. Also I have Hyper 212 Evo and will upgrade to Hydro series.

With the hyper 212 Evo, you can use LP or corsair with the heat spreaders, It wont matter cause it will fit prefectly.

A Radiator as in, it connects depending on your socket (LGA,AM3+,FM2+) etc will directly come in contact with copper and sent to the radiator that has 1/2/3 fans depending on the options to cool the CPU.

Radiators are recommended for OC. Evo 212 is still waaaay better than a traditional stock CPU fan.

Personally I'd stick with the LP, just in case in the future you decide to switch things up with a different cooling option, or just for looks. In most cases you wont even be able to see the RAM Sticks. If your looking looks or design over function i'd go with the LP.

You can go with either set and be fine (also both sets have heat sinks on them> The Vengeance with the larget heatsings has a little more OC headroom, thus a bit stronger. When running with the EVO you simply raise the fan a bit if needed (it's adjustable. As far as going to a Hydro series cooler, you don't mention which one, but will want at least a H100 to provide better cooling the 212 EVO

I was thinking about the H60. Reason why is because I am doing a second build with the intel g3258 so I can use the Hyper 212 Evo on the G3258 and get like an H60 for my current gaming build (i5 2500k).

Aw damn Tradesman1 I just did some quick research and it looks like the Hyper 212 might be a better buy than even the H80i. I wanted something with aesthetic you know that would give my PC a nice all black look inside. But ye the Hyper 212 is really nice it keeps my 2500K cool even when I OC once.
