Laser printer toner problem

Hi,

I always ordering refill toner for a laser printer, but last time i ordered, the toner that
i received was formed into solid chunks inside the bottles.
Can i break it back to a powder? it's really hard solid chunks.
Why did it happen? I contacted the seller anyway, but i really need to refill the cartridges,
so maybe anyone know of a way i can use this toner?

If it was subjected to a hot environment, maybe during storage or transport, between the time it was bottled and the time it reached you, then the toner particles will be fused together and you won't be able to put it back into its required powder form.
