My Pc running windows 8.1 has just started experiencing issues with the audio and video stuttering. The audio and video will stutter at the exact same time. This issue happens in the most basic of tasks such as web browsing, youtube etc. I have already tried; Restarting my PC, running a virus scan.
My PC specs are:
Amd Athlon X4 760k
Msi R9 270x
Mobo: Msi A78m-e35
Any help would be greatly appreciated
