Will overclocking my gpu memory increase game performance?

x1% of core overclock = y1% higher frame rates or score in benchmarks a/b/c
x2% memory overclock at x1% overclock = y2% higher results

Then pick the combination of x1 and x2 that gives you the highest overall performance improvement. As others have said above, how much of an improvement you get will depend on how heavily the scenes you are using are stressing GPU memory bandwidth.

as long as the other factors wont effect the graphics cards, like if you have a good cpu and it wont bottleneck it. Another factor is to make sure the overclock is stable and the temps of the gpu dont get too hot, if its unstable your games will crash and if it gets too hot then it will throttle the gpu to prevent it overheating

In short yes as long as the over clock is stable it should definitely increase performance
