Solution
Your CPU and motherboard are not compatible. That motherboard is for an AMD cpu. Power supply is poor quality. I will make some suggestions, just need a few.

thanks, i appreciate you helping but can i stick with the I5? (it's known by "PCGAMER.com" as they're favorite CPU this year. and the tower's not expensive, plus it looks good but i already bought the rosewill atx tower, will it work? Thanks again. when it comes to a motherboard, what do i have to consider? just the socket? and to fit an I5 do i just need a 1150 socket?

That particular i5 needs to be paired with a more expensive Z97 board, like the MSI Z97 gaming 5. That Xeon, is basically an i7 4770, without integrated graphics. It is on the THG best gaming CPU listing. With future titles, going forward, the extra threads of the Xeon will be helpful. DX12 is supposedly going to help make that a reality. The tower you picked will work, with what I have chosen, though. Also there was a warning about cooler and case compatibility.
