Does Overclocking on GPU Tweak Affect Both Graphics Cards?

I have GTX 970 in SLI (2)

When I overclock through GPU tweak, are both video cards being overclocked or just one?

Also, these are my overclock settings :

Are they safe to use 24/7?

Well, I don't know GPU Tweak really at all. Doesn't look too user friendly though.
I would go download MSI Afterburner and apply your overclock on that. There's an option there to overclock each card separately or together, and it's pretty clear.

Also, you're safe with a "24/7 overclock" because the gpu turns itself down when it idles, so it isn't running at the overclocked speed unless it's running something like a game.

But my card isn't an MSI card, will it still work as good?

I have an EVGA card and it works great! There's a little check-box in the settings that you need to check to allow it to change voltage(maybe), but other than that you're set.
