Does Overclocking on GPU Tweak Affect Both Graphics Cards?

I have GTX 970 in SLI (2)

When I overclock through GPU tweak, are both video cards being overclocked or just one?

Also, these are my overclock settings :

Are they safe to use 24/7?

It should be just one at a time, as the cards will run at different speeds when out of SLI. Since SLI is as fast as the slowest card, I see no reason why that software would not allow you to overclock one card to benefit the SLI array.

I don't really comprehend what you just said, sorry. So when I overclock through GPU tweak, only one is being overclocked? How do I overclock both of them then?
