Heatsink push pin broke

I have a cooler master hyper 212, one of the push pins broke, can I just replace it with a bolt and a rubber oring for a washer?

? The 212 doesn't use push pins. What broke?

Sorry I was wrong, I have the hyper tx3 cooler and it has the push pins. What can I replace the pins with?

Get one from another stock cooler? The TX3 isn't known to be a great cooler, so perhaps time for an upgrade.
