I'm planning to build a gaming PC with an i7-4790k and GTX 980 ti (which is to be released in 5 days), and I'm debating with myself over a good motherboard to chose. I was originally going to go with the ASRock Extreme 4 because it had everything that I needed and had a good price of ~$130, until I noticed a motherboard called the MSI PC Mate. It has the Z97 chipset with LGA1150 socket, it even has support for SLI! Is there something very obvious here that would be a reason it is $45 cheaper, or is it just a good product for a good price? Which do you guys recommend of these two or if there is a better one out there for $130 or less please, do tell. I really do appreciate any help that I receive!

The link explains -

PC Mate - "
Tier Three: Mid range. Crossfire Capable MoBos with SATA III for budget oriented gamers. Power phases and thermals are not awesome, still decent for everyday use and some decent OCing, but not with the highest TDP CPUs. Have all the standard features, M.2 is not a compulsion though. Quality is decent, OCing ability is moderate for most boards."
