here, for overclocking it's better to get a bigger after-market cooler, also I'd save 30-40$ on the ssd and get a 120gb since ssd normally only for windows and stuff like your browser and antivirus and such, but well that's up to you, I changed the psu to a full modular one gold one, the difference in cost is not that big and for that setup is not recommended to get a bronze one.
other than that you're good, I changed RAM for a better one that costs almost the same and about the case. pick any you want, it's mostly about looks, but look one with good cable management so the airflow is good.

edit: sensei is right btw, an sli of those 2 is an overkill tbh, I doubt you'll be needing the 8vram. so I actually changed it a bit again, sorry...

Try Antec GX900B Punishes case .It is a mid tower with exceptional air flow and goop potetial for any additional peripherals or extra graphic cards you may add up. You will need good air flow if you are going to overclock and also do a 2 ways SLI.

double edit: here's a case I consider is a good one http://pcpartpicker.com/p/C6wDVn
has a lot of fans slots for a good airflow
