Hello, I live in Canada, so if the suggestions you make could be Canadian dollars that would be much appreciated, I need a motherboard, ram and processor to run a 7970 without bottleneck, my budget is 250$
-300$ I'm more of a AMD guy than an Intel( due to bad experience wit Intel processors).....

Dignified
I know you said you're more of an AND guy but the intel processors are kinda better :/

I would rather take weakish AMD than a dual-core.

CPU: AMD FX-6300 (122.99 NCIX.com/DirectCanada)
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 ATX AM3+ (86.99 NCIX.com )
Or
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ (75.00 Vuugo)
Memory: same G.Skill as above

Total: 269.98 - 281.97

+ 38.95 for CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO if you can go a bit above the maximum 300$. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2
