Installed new motherboard/cpu and now windows won't boot

I have just install a new motherboard (a88xm-plus) and a a-10 7850 and now windows won't boot. Every time I click enter on start windows a blue screen flashes and the computer resets. I need help as soon as possible and I appreciate any help.

I was having this exact issue with my new i7, Asus Maximus Hero VII, G. Skill RAM install. After much frustration and about to buy a new SDD for a fresh install I tried changing to IDE in BIOS and it worked!! Thanks so much! You saved me money and heart ache. lol!

Now time to install my r9 290 finally!-) Tom's Hardware is the best! Thank you
