Looking to upgrade my graphic to a GE Force 970.But I have 2 6 pin connectors.Will this work??This is actually for my Grandson.

What is your motherboard?
1000W is more then enough to power a 970.

MSI 970:

To run this 970 you will need a 6 pin and an 8 pin power connector.

ASUS 970:

This only requires a single 8 pin power connector.

If you only have 2 6 pin connectors you will need to purchase an adapter:
