Hi there! I have one problem maybe last 3 days... When i turn on my PC, it's kinda working OK but after 20 seconds I can't click on any software on Taskbar or Start, but on the Desktop, icons are clickable. I have all programs at startup disabled but I still can't figure out what that is. If i press Ctrl + Alt + Del the Windows Explorer disapper, and restarts. I'm thinking if it's not the virus or whatever, but when i check viruses through Avast it won't find anything. I also tried AVG and Avira but nothing. So please help.
