I have a home built computer and since day one I have been having a lot of problems with it.
Problems such as websites crashing and getting the "aw, snap error" from chrome constantly, Youtube videos occasionally won't load or then they are choppy.

I also have problems downloading games with steam, I either get "Corrupt download" error or "ERROR: HTTP response 503." When I checked the driver from "Device manager" it found no problems, and the same goes for my HDD and RAM. Other computers in the house have none of these problems so I don't think it's the router.

I'm not familiar with networking so I would appreciate if someone could tell me if there was a way to find out if it's a networking problem or how I can find out/check what is causing this.

Thank you

Hi,

Most likely malware.

Reboot in safe mode with networking or go to a computer with internet acces
goto bleepingcomputer.com and downlaod run in order

rkill ==> junkware removal tool (JRT) ==> rogukiller ==> adwcleaner ==> reboot

reboot in safe mode and run ==> malwarebytes anti malware

Could also have cache poisoning, check your internet connection settings for proxy (in control pannel or IE)
also go see if you have a forced DNS in your internet connection configuration in stcp/ip protocole

Are you running an AMD system or Intel... I ask because I have had similar problems with an AMD specific issue and will explain further if that's what you're running.

Do you have any internet connection at all? Is it not connected more often that it is? If you do get any connection what is the speeds (go to www.speedtest.net)

Is this a wired connection or wireless?

It's an Intel build. Yes I have a wired connection. It never gets disconnected on computers (neither wired or Wi-fi) but sometimes it disconnects when I'm using my phone. The speed is 100Mbps.

Thank you
