My phone is OPPO R1011 every time i try to conect to the internet it keeps on saying Wi-fi and mobile data are turned off but when i go to in settings --> mobile network---> Enable data, enable 3g, and data roaming are all enabled but why can't i still connect to the internet please help me

Is the phone specifically for the Cellular Service provider you have, or is it a generic or unlocked phone?
If it not say an AT&T phone connecting to an AT&T network then there are specific connection settings on the 3g/4g data modem that needs to be reconfigured to the cellular network you are trying to use.
In that case you will need to contact your cellular provider to get the proper configuration settings and hopefully instructions on how to change it on your specific phone.
